This 10-20 minute online or telephone consultation session is a relaxed, no-pressure space for us to connect, discuss your needs, and see if we're the right fit to work together. It's an opportunity to ask questions and explore how counselling or hypnosis could support you. Sian Anastasia also offers a range of bespoke programmes such as menopause relief, stop smoking cessation, virtual gastric band programme and quantum hypnosis programme.
After this session, you’re welcome to book a full session or a block of four for deeper, ongoing , transformative work.

Psychotherapy/ Hypnotherapy session
Consultation is mandatory to new therapy clients. These sessions offer a supportive and confidential space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Blending psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy, Sian Anastasia tailors each session to suit your individual needs, helping you explore challenges, release blocks, and create meaningful change. Sessions are held via Zoom and last around 1 hour — from the comfort of your own space, anywhere in the world!
