Therapy & hypnosis can help many people overcome life difficulties. It can help increase motivation, confidence, manage stress effectively and improve quality of life in general. In-fact, Hypnosis especially can be used to improve or enhance almost all areas of human activity from quitting smoking, to weight loss, to overcoming addiction, phobias, enhancing mental health, releasing habits and unwanted feelings and pain deeply rooted deep within you. 


 Counselling is a supportive process where Sian Anastasia holds and provides a safe confidential space so you can explore and manage your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. 


Hypnotherapy is a powerful deeper state of relaxation where the subconscious mind becomes suggestible to positive change to alter your conscious mind and thoughts. Technically, if you want it to be, it can be life changing in a very positive way. 


Sessions are 50 minutes and are specifically tailored to you. Its not just hypnosis but a blend of talking and integrative therapy that is designed for you, online on zoom.


Did you know day dreaming is a type of hypnotic trance? There is nothing to fear, you are completely safe and in full control of your mind, you will never be made to do, say or reveal anything against your will. Hypnotherapy is a partnership based on co-operation between therapist and client to achieve the changes you want. In general, therapy is effective in a few sessions, with most clients seeing solid change towards their goals between 1-6 sessions, depending on the issue(s).

Yes! Energy healing is a gentle and non-invasive process that is considered safe for most people. Whether you're receiving Angelic Reiki, Quantum Healing, or any other form of intuitive energy work, the intention is always to support your well-being at a pace that feels right for you.

Healing sessions work with your body’s natural energy and are guided by higher wisdom — they never force, push, or override your free will. Many clients describe feeling relaxed, calm, lighter, and more balanced after a session. It's important to know that healing is a personal journey, and your experience may unfold in subtle or profound ways over time.

They may not be suitable if you're in a highly emotional or crisis state, or if you're looking for guaranteed predictions or medical, legal, or financial advice.  I pride myself in the guidance that I give and therefore readings are for you to enjoy and reflect. Unfortunatly no. Due to the admin side of things, sessions are not recorded but you can happily record on another device or write things down during the session.
