What a journey of self discovery I have been on! Those may remember me as Little Miss Manifest way back when and now I'm me... Sian Anastasia.
I'm from Cheshire, UK and the only way to describe myself would be 'free spirit' I love my garden, cups of tea (also a lover of cocktails) family and animals. I love to travel! I have previously lived abroad where I really began my journey of self discovery after suffering a breakdown, which caused severe depression and anxiety in my 20s.I am no stranger to mental health and the effects it can have on you and those around you. It was through my recovery that I discovered a spiritual route in life of Angels and the Law of Attraction...BIG Game changer for me and I have never looked back.
I began reading and LOA Life Coaching for those on holiday in resort and then worldwide via online. It was abroad that I found my little feral fur baby Terrence of Arabia who always likes to make himself known during sessions. After I returned to Cheshire with Terrence, I was attuned as an Angelic Reiki Master and proceeded to really invest in my career and trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist through my amazing Hypnotherapist and Counsellor, Henry Maguire. I have trained with some of the worlds best teachers and mentors, its not only helped me but I know that if it helps me it can can help anyone else!
Fast forward to 2025 and I'm now a fully qualified Psychotherapist & Counsellor (a true pinch me moment!)
My journey- maybe like yours- Hasn't been easy and there have been many curveballs and meltdowns along the way. But I never ever gave up.
I'm proud and love that I'm now in a place to serve and support anyone , no matter where they are in the world, who require a light if their journey becomes dark, whether its through therapy, healing or guidance, there is a service or package for you.
I respect that not everyone is spiritual and that's absolutely fine, can you imagine if we were all the exact same?! Even though I'm mainly based online due to international clients, I do hold a safe non judgement space for in person Counselling and Hypnotherapy sessions at Henry Maguire Counselling in Crewe.
I also offer 1:1 sessions of readings, healing and therapy at the gorgeous luxury YouSpa in Sandbach too.
